Tap Water Purification Technology
In the water disinfection process at water treatment plants, chemicals such as hydrochloric acid and chlorides are commonly used to remove impurities and pathogens. However, the residuals of these chemicals can pose potential health risks to humans, as excessive chloride residue may increase the risk of cancer.
Therefore, advanced water quality improvement agents can be applied both in water treatment plants and residential environments to reduce chlorine residuals and toxicity, further enhancing the quality of household water.
For residential users, this purification method effectively eliminates the potential harm of residual chlorine to the human body, ensuring safer and healthier water consumption.

Baoshan Second Reservoir Construction Background
The Hsinchu area in Taiwan, an industrial hub, has seen an increasing demand for water resources each year. In response to water supply pressures, the Baoshan Second Reservoir project was initiated. This major construction project by the Pacific Construction Group in Taiwan included planning and construction support from the professional team at Dee Harn International Trading's environmental division.
The purpose of the Baoshan Second Reservoir is to supplement the Liyutan watershed, which collects mountain spring water, to meet the water needs of Hsinchu’s domestic, agricultural, and industrial sectors.
As industrialization accelerates, the issue of water scarcity has become more pressing. The Baoshan Second Reservoir not only resolves the water supply shortage but is also planned with eco-engineering techniques to ensure environmentally friendly operations of the reservoir.
This project is a critical water resource supply initiative and an essential support for local economic development, providing strong backing for sustainable water resource management in the future.

Summary
The purification of tap water and the planning and construction of reservoirs are closely interconnected. Through advanced water purification technology and effective reservoir construction, it is possible to ensure a sufficient supply of water resources and high-quality drinking water, further safeguarding public health and supporting stable economic development.
